An Act to amend the Mutual Legal Assistance (Criminal Matters) Act, 2020
it is expedient to amend the Mutual Legal Assistance
(Criminal Matters) Act, 2020 (Act XXII of 2020), for the purposes hereinafter
appearing;

XI OF 2021An Act to amend the Muluol Legal Assistance (Crininal Matters) Act, 2020WrrErces it is expedient to amend the Mutual Legal Assistance(Criminal Matters) Act, 2020 (Act XXII of 2020), for the purposes hereinafterappearing;It is hereby enacted as follows:-1. Short title, extent and commcncement.- (1) This Act shall becalled the Mutual Legal Assistance (Criminal Matters) (Amendment) Act, 2021.(2) It shall come into force at once.
